Share the details that shape your journey
You do not need a complete itinerary before contacting Lotus. Start with your approximate travel dates, the number of travellers and the places you are most interested in. If your dates or route are flexible, say so: flexibility can help shape the discussion.
Tell us what you enjoy, whether that is heritage, food, beaches, countryside or a mixture of experiences. It also helps to know how active you want the trip to be and whether your group includes children or travellers with particular accessibility needs.
Use a tour page as inspiration
Browse the destination tours or combined Vietnam packages, then use the trip request form to share your preferences. A page can be a useful starting point even if you want a different pace or would like to combine it with another destination.
Describe your priorities in your own words. A short note such as wanting more free time in Hoi An or a balance of sightseeing and relaxation can be more useful than trying to select every possible activity.
Discuss the proposal before confirming
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm a booking or guarantee availability. Lotus will contact you to discuss the route, arrangements and pricing for the journey you have in mind.
Before agreeing to a trip, ask for clarity on the itinerary, included services, any optional activities and the booking conditions supplied with your proposal. Keep the agreed details so that you and your group understand the arrangements being confirmed.
