Explore river and canal scenery

A suitable boat route can introduce broad waterways, smaller channels and life along the banks. The experience depends on the selected location and vessel, so Lotus will clarify the proposed route and boarding arrangements. A photograph of one river scene does not mean every Delta journey follows the same waterway.

Discover local livelihoods and produce

The Delta’s farms, gardens and small businesses offer opportunities to understand how people work with the landscape. Where visits are available, explore local produce or a small workshop with respect for the people working there. Tastings, demonstrations and market access depend on the venue and are not assumed inclusions. My Tho and the Ben Tre area offer possible starting points for a route focused on riverside life and local produce, including coconut-related products.

Combine waterways with village surroundings

A selected walk or other suitable land-based stop can add context to the boat experience. Discuss whether your priorities are scenery, food, local commerce or a gentle countryside visit. Floating markets are not part of every Delta route; any specific market experience needs to be confirmed separately.
